Prescription items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE NexGard Chewables for Dogs NexGard(R) kills adult fleas and is indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis), and the treatment and control of Black-legged tick (Ixodes scapularis), American dog tick (Dermacentor variabilis), Lone Star tick (amblyomma americanum), and Brown dog tick (rhipicephalus sanguineus) infestations in dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older, 4 lb. of body weight or greater, for one month. NexGard(R) is available in four sizes of beef-flavored, soft chewables for oral administration on to dogs and puppies according to their weight. Quite often your veterinarian may prescribe two different medication, even if a drug interaction may occur. In this case, your veterinarian may vary the dose and/or monitor your pet more closely. Contact your veterinarian if your pet experiences unusual reactions when different medications are given together. Allergic reactions to medications may occur.
